Dont bother making an appt as they will be quick to remind you that they dont care about their customers or your time. I made an appt 2 days before hand for an alignment. I had to wait for the car as I only have one vehicle and no one to come pick me up while waiting. After arriving 5 minutes early I gave them the key and said I was going to walk around outdoors for the next hour. When I came back an hour later I was told the car would be going in next. When I asked why, since I had an appt, he said they were short help that day. I wasted my entire morning, and gas, going to yet another incompetent and unprofessional shop. NEVER AGAIN. THEY ARE ON MY DO NOT RETURN HERE LIST!

Here from out of town for a wedding. Woke up to a flat tire this morning. Drove to Greatway, tire was repaired, balanced and mounted, and checked air pressure in all tires. Was aĺl done in about 1/2 hour, and all for about $40. Great job in a pinch.

The inspection was handled quickly and easily! I would definitely recommend this location!

Would give zero stars if I could. Greatway has seriously gone down hill in the last year. I say that because they used to be known as a trusted company who would always do fair and honest work. My family and I have been going to them for years. Well, when my child's father needed work on his truck I sent him there. The mechanic that worked on his truck always wreaked of pot, which normally we wouldn't care about. Except we had to tow the truck to greatway on 5 different occasions for the same problem. Really we should have known better after the first two where they charged us over 500 dollars for each "problem" that didn't fix what was needed. You would have thought at a certain point they would have at least given a break on cost considering they assured us each time it was fixed for good. It was finally fixed when we gave up and brought it somewhere else after the last time when they gave a bs reason for the last "fix". Today, however was the last straw and I will never be giving them my business again. I called ahead of time to see if I could schedule an inspection. Was told they won't do an appointment for that and I should come first thing in the morning. So, we did that. My child's father brought my car in at 8am. He was told that the mechanic who does the inspections wasn't there and to come back at 12pm. But Mike promised to remember to take the car immediately. We go back at 12pm. Then sit and wait because the mechanics were too busy to take it right away. Another person walks in without an appointment and their car is taken immediately over mine. We still wait. Then Mike told us we had to come back another time. When we said we would just go somewhere else he gaslighted us saying "I don't know anywhere who will take you immediately without an appointment" We went up the road to the first dealership we saw. 15 mins and 21 dollars later we were done. Lesson learned. I don't know what happened to this place but they've gone downhill both in quality of service and quality of their word. Beware and stay clear.

I went to get a patch due to my tire having a screw in it and was charged 65$, which i thought was outrageous. I specifically said I did not want a plug repair. On the way home, the highway had some traffic, so I couldn't really pass 10 mph, so everything seemed fine. Later on in the day, I went to do some shopping, and the highway was clear. When I sped up to about 50-60, my car started shaking terribly to the point I got scared and pulled over. I then discovered my lug nuts were NOT FULLY TIGHTENED, causing my tire to shake. While I was tightening the lug nuts on the side of the road, I noticed they still put a plug in my tire but robbed me for the 65$ patch repair fee. This place is going to cause serious HARM if not DEATH to someone and damage to their vehicle due to such CARELESSNESS. They are also committing FRAUDULENT activities by charging for a service and not doing what they charge for. I WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE TO NOT GO HERE IF U VALUE YOUR LIFE AND PROPERTY.
